*The first 3 Sizzling, Hot, & Smoldering sponsorships received are first-in first-placed for the top 3 prime placement spots in the coupon booklet (i.e. back cover, inside front cover, inside back cover). All Sizzling, Hot, & Smoldering sponsorships received after the first 3 are given priority placement in the order in which they are received. Business listings in the online directory and/or logo placements on the Summer Kick-off website are only guaranteed through December 31 of the year in which a sponsor signs up. Promo items for the swag bag are not provided by Summer Kick-off and must be Summer Kick-off approved items. Paper flyers will not be included in the swag bag unless accompanied by a non-paper promo item. Summer Kick-off, its organizers and related organizations reserve the right to refuse inclusion of any swag bag item. Sponsors are responsible for providing their promotional items (300 pieces for 300 swag bags), banner, and brochure. For participating sponsorships, ads/logos must be received before t-shirt, swag bag and booklet print deadline to be included as listed above. Ask your Summer Kick-off sponsor contact about t-shirt, swag bag and booklet print deadline dates. Ads/logos must be 300dpi in JPG or PDF file format.
